每次報名以一週為單位,下週若持續線上課程,將會再公布新表單。
課前須知:
1. 線上課程將使用Google Meet
2. 請自備瑜珈墊、毛巾及瑜伽磚 (可找替代物品)
3. 滿三人即開課,課程前會通知轉帳
4. 報名即代表會參加,課前取消將列入不往來名單,請仔細斟酌考慮
5. 亦可預約私人線上課程,歡迎洽詢
Hi everyone! We will provide online lessons from the 1st-6th of June. The online schedule will be updated weekly.
You don't have to be a member to sign up! Please read the following instructions:
1. We will use Google Meet for our lessons. You will receive a link 10 Mins before the class.
2. Prepare a yoga mat, towel and bricks. (You can use a substitute if you dont have bricks.)
3. The minimum for each class is 3 people. Bank account information will be sent to you for payment before the class.
4. If you fill out the form below, that means you are signing up for classes.
5. Private lessons are also available, so please feel free to contact us.
